Sandy Podtburg
I have spent more than 30 years in finance and business management, overseeing financial operations, accounting processes and compliance.
For six years I worked as an ERP finance implementation consultant, helping manufacturers set up their systems and go live. The hardest part was leaving after go-live, knowing many teams would slip back into spreadsheets.
I started True Balance Consulting to stay with them past that point. I work alongside your team to get the numbers right, keep the processes simple, and leave you with a system you can rely on.
